Can you tell us a bit about your clinic?

We’re based in Ocean Village, Gibraltar, and operate as CityMed. Our clinic offers a unique combination of medical services, advanced aesthetic treatments, and REVIV IV therapy. Here, clients enjoy their REVIV IV therapies while overlooking the luxury marina, watching boats drift by and the world go by.

What inspired you to add IV therapy to your services?

It was a combination of factors — global wellness trends, personal experience, and a desire to evolve beyond traditional medical services to offer something truly preventative and lifestyle-enhancing.

Why did you choose the REVIV X subscription model over a franchise?

Since launching REVIV IV services, revenue from IV therapy has grown over 37% in just six months. We’ve also seen a threefold increase in monthly bookings — a clear reflection of rising local awareness and demand.

It’s also helped streamline processes and enabled us to launch faster and more efficiently than we could have on our own.

How are clients responding?

Overwhelmingly positive — there’s growing demand, great feedback, and excitement around the REVIV offering. Satisfaction is high, and we’ve seen an increase in positive reviews.

Has the model improved client retention?

Over 92% of our IV clients now return regularly with many using the service monthly for general wellness, pre-travel support, or recovery after illness. Retention has improved through cross-selling IV services to our existing clients.

You’ve been involved in some impressive local activations. Tell us more.

We’ve had fantastic traction locally — from supporting Gibraltar’s rising boxing stars with pre-fight IVs, to providing post-pageant hydration for Miss Gibraltar after her international appearance.

Tyrone “El Bombero” Buttigieg received pre-camp IV treatments from REVIV Gibraltar in the lead-up to his title-winning fight, helping him secure the WBC Latin Silver Belt at San Roque’s Casino Admiral.

Shania Ballester, Miss Gibraltar 2024 and Miss World 2025 representative, came in for Recovery IV sessions after returning from her trip to Hyderabad, India.
