REVIV Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Consultation
• All therapies are subject to consultation with a healthcare practitioner. Not suitable for individuals under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• A consultation is required before the first treatment under the membership. If, as a result of the consultation, REVIV UK deems the purchased solution unsuitable for the named member, a full or partial refund may be provided depending on the circumstances, at our reasonable discretion.
• The membership holder is responsible for ensuring that any authorised individual (see Section 5) also meets all consultation and eligibility requirements.
2. Membership Packages & Initial Commitment
• Once a membership is purchased, it becomes an ongoing subscription with automatic monthly billing until cancelled.
• By purchasing a membership, you agree to a minimum three-month commitment, after which you may cancel at any time by providing written notice (see Section 6).
• All prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. REVIV will notify members in advance of any changes to membership pricing or billing terms.
3. Cancellation During Commitment Period
• Members may cancel the membership at any time after a three months period, but any remaining outstanding balance must be paid in full for any prior treatments that have taken place and still owed for. Cancellation requests must be provided in writing to Customer Services (see Section 6).
• Members wishing to cancel should provide notice at least five (5) business days before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
4. Cooling-Off Period
• Memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase provided no membership products or services have been accessed, including consultations or administered treatments
• To exercise your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, please email customerfirst@revivme.com or write to Customer Services, REVIV Global, 10a Little Peter Street, Manchester M15 4PS or by calling 03308187157. • Products supplied with each membership package cannot be exchanged.
• If a product in the package is unavailable at the requested booking time, REVIV will arrange an alternative date or clinic location.
• If a product is discontinued, REVIV may provide a suitable alternative at its discretion.
• This cooling-off policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5. Sharing Products
• Products purchased within the membership package can, with written approval, be shared with other customers approved by the membership holder.
• The membership holder remains responsible for all applicable terms when sharing products/services.
• Approval requests must include: o Authorised patient name o Agreed products to be shared o Specific period the authorised patient can benefit
• REVIV reserves the right to refuse approval if the authorised individual does not meet eligibility or consultation requirements.
• The membership holder accepts full responsibility for any use or misuse of membership benefits shared with approved individuals.
6. Payment Terms
• Payments are taken via recurring card payment to the card provided at sign-up. • Members must ensure REVIV holds up-to-date payment information. • In case of failed payment, REVIV will attempt a second charge and may contact the member to resolve payment issues. • Access to membership products/services will be suspended until payment is brought up to date. • If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, REVIV reserves the right to terminate the membership and recover any unpaid balances.
7. Cancellation & Renewals
• Memberships automatically continue on a monthly subscription after the initial package period until cancellation.
• Members may cancel at any time after the initial period by providing notice via email, post, or by calling 03308187157. Include your name, contact details, and confirmation of your request. REVIV may follow up phone cancellation requests in writing to confirm the cancellation.
• REVIV will confirm receipt of your cancellation request in writing within five (5) business days.
• Membership renewals and any upcoming price changes will be communicated to members with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Memberships may not be combined with other REVIV offers and cannot be redeemed at REVIV Harrods or Harvey Nichols locations.
• REVIV may terminate a membership immediately if the member breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe use of services.
8. General
• Membership products/services are not available via mobile services.
• REVIV reserves the right to update membership offerings, terms, and products, providing no less than 30 days’ notice to members unless changes are required by law or regulation.
• All updates will be communicated via email or through the member’s online account. Continued use of the membership after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• REVIV processes personal data, including health information, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.revivme.com/privacy for full details.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
