REVIV Membership Terms & Conditions
All therapies are subject to consultation with a healthcare practitioner. Treatments are not suitable for individuals under 18, or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
A consultation is required before the first treatment under the membership. If, as a result of the consultation, it is deemed by us (REVIV UK Ltd) that the purchased solution is not suitable for the named member, a refund shall be provided. This is at our sole discretion.
Memberships can be cancelled within the initial 14-day cooling-off period, provided that no aspect of the membership products or services has been accessed. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation services or administration of any product.
Products supplied within each membership package cannot be exchanged. Should any product specified in the package be unavailable at the time of your booking, REVIV will make suitable arrangements for the product to be administered on an alternative date or at another REVIV clinic location. In the unlikely event that a product listed within a membership package is discontinued, REVIV will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and, at our discretion, provide a suitable alternative.
Memberships expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Cancellation must be submitted in writing, either by notifying a member of the REVIV team or by contacting:

Your request must include your full name, contact details, and written confirmation of your intention to cancel. If cancellation occurs outside the 14-day cooling-off period or outside the 30-day renewal period, any remaining unpaid balance will be chargeable.
With written permission, products included in a membership package may be shared with other customers approved by the membership holder. The membership holder must submit their request via email, from the registered email address on file, and include the following:
Authorised recipient’s name
Specific products to be shared
Defined period during which the authorised individual may access the shared products/services
The membership holder remains fully responsible for all terms and conditions when sharing any products or services with an authorised recipient.
Memberships cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other REVIV offer.
UK memberships are valid only at UK clinic locations, excluding REVIV Harrods and REVIV Harvey Nichols.
Payments will be taken via recurring card payment using the original card provided at sign-up. It is the responsibility of the membership holder to ensure that REVIV holds up-to-date payment information. If a payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds or invalid details, REVIV will attempt the payment a second time. We may also contact the membership holder to resolve payment issues. Access to products or services will be paused until payment is up to date.
Memberships automatically renew after the initial 12-month term unless a cancellation notice is received. A renewal notification will be sent via email 30 days prior to renewal. Cancellation must be submitted in writing using the contact details listed above.
Products and/or services included in the membership cannot be administered as part of our mobile service.
